Professional Membership: $100 per person, per year
Student Membership: $40 per person, per year

Please send a complete form. The HTPA online membership directory is comprised solely of input data received from this online application.
Whether yours is an initial or a renewal application, your listing in the online directory will be a mirror image of the information you submit with this electronic form regardless of any information that may have been posted in the directory previously.
All Memberships are subject to Annual renewal
Memberships are valid for the calendar year (i.e., January thru December).
Members must submit a renewal application and pay annual dues in the month of December for the following year.

The form field for “Fax” is deliberately optional to accommodate members that do not have a fax service, or do not want that number displayed. If you wish to have your fax number displayed in your directory listing, be sure to enter it into the form below.

Membership applicants are strongly encouraged to pay annual membership dues with HTPA’s PCI-Compliant online payment system.

NOTE: Seats at HTPA luncheon meetings are reserved by paying in advance at this site. Unreserved “walk-ins” (member and non-member) will pay a higher admission fee at the door.
